Race Weekend Event Schedule

With the fundamental value of inclusivity, the SBT GRVL team focuses not only on the race, but also in creating a fantastic weekend with family and friends, sharing the love of bikes. These events are free and we welcome anyone who wants to join!

Friday August 12th

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Expo on Yampa Street between 9th and 12th Street (Public Welcome!)

3:00 pm: Ride for Racial Justice Panel. Meet the Ride for Racial Justice athletes and listen to a dynamic conversation

3:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Race number and packet pickup at 10th Street Parking Lot

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Common Ground Panel hosted by Ian Boswell on the KUHL stage at Little Toots Park

7:00pm: Expo closes for the day

Saturday August 13th

9:00 am - 6:00 pm: Race number and packet pickup at 10th Street Parking Lot

9:00 am - 3:00 pm: Expo on Yampa Street between 9th and 12th Street 

11:00 am: Yoga with Old Town Hot Springs & Lululemon in Little Toots Park SIGN UP HERE!

12:00 pm: Pro athlete signings at sponsor booths

1:00pm: Pro Panel at the KUHL Stage at Little Toots Park

2:00 pm: Rider meeting on stage at the KUHL Stage at Little Toots Park

Monday August 15th

9:00 am: Specialized Cleanup Party. Meet at Ski Haus for coffee and pastries and join the Specialized team on two, or four, wheels to help keep the Routt County Roads litter free.
